1. Introduction
Super: Live Simulator ("the App", "we", "our") is a mobile application that simulates a live streaming experience. It uses your device's front camera to display a real camera preview overlaid with simulated live-stream elements such as fake chat messages, viewer counts, and themed layouts.
We are committed to your privacy. All your personal data — including your profile, simulation history, preferences, and daily rewards — are stored locally on your device. We do not create user accounts, and we do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any server.
2. Information We Process
The App processes the following categories of information, all stored locally on your device:
- Profile data: your chosen display name and profile photo.
- Onboarding selections: your influencer category and content type preferences.
- Simulation history: records of past sessions including date, duration, theme, stream title, viewer statistics, and chat message counts.
- Streak data: daily streaming streak count and best streak record.
- Daily rewards: gift claim dates, streak days, and viewer boost balance.
- App settings: selected streaming themes, color preferences, and onboarding completion status.
None of this data is transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.
3. On-Device Storage
All your preferences, simulation history, profile photo, streak data, and daily reward records are stored exclusively on your device using UserDefaults and the local file system. No personal data is uploaded to any server or cloud service.
If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed. We cannot recover it because we never had access to it.
4. Camera & Microphone
Super: Live Simulator uses your device's front-facing camera to display a real-time camera preview during simulations. This creates the experience of a live broadcast without actually streaming to any platform.
- No recording: The app displays a live preview only. No video or audio is recorded, saved, or transmitted at any time.
- No broadcasting: Despite the live-stream appearance, no data leaves your device. The simulated chat messages and viewer counts are generated locally.
- Camera test: The Cam Test feature lets you verify camera and microphone permissions before starting a simulation.
The camera session is started when you begin a simulation and stopped immediately when you end it.
5. Simulation Data
During each simulation session, the App generates the following data locally:
- Simulated chat messages: randomly generated from preset usernames and message templates. These are not real messages from real users.
- Simulated viewer counts: randomly fluctuating numbers that mimic a real audience. No real viewers are watching.
- Session statistics: duration, peak viewers, average viewers, and total chat messages are calculated and saved to your local history.
- Heart animations: decorative floating heart animations that appear during streams are purely visual effects.
All simulation data is fictional and generated on your device. No real social interaction occurs.
6. Device Permissions
Super: Live Simulator may request the following device permissions:
- Camera: required to show the front camera preview during simulations and to take a profile photo. No video is recorded or transmitted.
- Microphone: requested for simulation realism. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted.
- Photo Library: to choose a profile photo from your gallery. Photos are saved locally and never uploaded.
All permissions are optional. Denying camera access means the simulation will show a black background instead of a camera preview. You can change permissions at any time in your device's Settings.
7. Your Choices
You have full control over your data:
- Edit profile: change your display name at any time from the Profile tab.
- Remove profile photo: your profile photo can be changed or removed from the Profile tab.
- Session history: your simulation history is visible in the History tab and stored locally.
- Revoke permissions: disable camera, microphone, or photo library access from your device's Settings at any time.
- Uninstall: deleting the app removes all data permanently, including profile, history, streaks, and rewards.
8. Children's Privacy
Super: Live Simulator is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is a simulation tool and does not involve real social interaction or broadcasting.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in app features or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Our commitment to keeping your data on your device and never broadcasting real content will not change.
